A simplified device, designed by one of the authors that will help to manipulate the uterus is described. The surgery is simplified based on the experience of the authors and some innovative thinking. The text, figures and videos explain the ergonomics associated with the procedure and practical hints to avoid injury. One realizing that pre- and postoperative care is vital, in addition to meticulous surgery, if the best results are to be achieved.
