The differential diagnosis with relevant clinical features was taught first and then the clinical presentation is modulated accordingly. The purpose is to analyse the underlying pathlogy and develop diagnostic ability by eliciting positive and negative points through history taking and clinical examination. Students must remember that knowledge and analysis in mind must find proper expression on the tongue. Hence, repeated practice of presentation of various clinical cases imporves your performance.
