Chapters 6, 7, 8 and 10 deal with absolute liability, no fault liability (Motor Vehicles Act), product liability and vicarious liability Chapter 9 deals with tort against trade relationships, passing off. Chapter 11 deals with environmental torts Chapters 12 and 13 deals with torts of misrepresentation, misfeasance in public office and constitutional torts. Chapter 14 deals with various remedies as compensation, damages and injunction.
