Finally, part 4  discusses the single pathological mass lesions, their anatomo-clinical and radiological aspects and the best surgical approaches.        Aim of this book is to illustrate the best surgical approaches according to prevalent intracranial or intra-orbital extension and the type of the mass lesions.
