Procedures are listed according to the year in which they are taught in the curriculum. All the nursing procedures should be completed by return demonstration in nursing school and nursing college laboratories, etc. under the supervision of the class teacher, clinical instructors and ward staff or nursing supervisors. This clinical experience record book should be approved by the class teacher and principal of nursing training institution time to time before final/annual practical examination conducted by the board/council.
